Over the coming years, it seems useful to improve the selection of projects that offer potential in terms of increased value also in the local urban and environmental context. These opportunities can come through the introduction of new tools for the unitary promotion of the best Italian practices in redevelopment and enhancement of property assets, which aim to effectively contribute to Italy's capacity to compete within European markets.
