In the plan, the strict defense of the Park unit is compared with the necessity to preserve the environmental continuity out of its perimeter, to accurately differentiate the kinds of care and to give value to the environmental cultural, economical and social specifications of its various parts, overcoming the limits of a discipline exclusively anchored to the traditional zoning for protection degrees and foreseen by the law 349/1991.
