Implementation

To implement the territorial coordinate provincial plan two categories of actions have been identified: the first one consists of the instructions to draft the structural part of the new local plans; the second one consist on analysis and management tools, which are promoted by the province, in accord with the other institutions. ........
The PTCP consists of directions to the municipalities for creating, evaluating and acting procedures for the natural environment and landscape features (in particular: the urban-natural balance and ecological landscape indicators for every landscape unit). At the same time, the local administrations conference is working on a comparison between the plan choices and implementation schedule.

The conference should take decisions about: inter municipalities and provincial actions, for which it is possible to draw up a planning agreement; special actions to be immediately put in force by sector plans; complex topics, also connected with territorial terms, to be put into practice by area integrated programs which involve public and private stockholders. The conference promotes: a continuous exchange of information with local planning, a research project with the aim of increasing knowledge of the territory; a coordination with the plan for the public works. At the present time, integrated plans for the Marmore-Pediluco area and Rio Grande area are going to be arranged. Financial support has been provided for two planning agreements for the structural section of inter municipality plans in which the following are involved : Lugnano in Teverina, Giove, Attigliano and Alviano (in the first planning agreement); Ferentillo, Montefranco e Arrone (in the second one). Two completed negotiation-planning activities should also be noted: the Terni-Narni-Spoleto area contract and the Orvietano-Valdichiana-Trasimeno territory. The province of Terni is also involved in the "Urbal Project" covering the "Historical urban context, territory and employment", involving international cooperation between Europe and South America. The aim of which is to train experts in historical renovation through new development and employment models.
