Lecturer at the Dept. of Architecture and Town Planning, University of Rome. He has been teaching Planning at the School of Architecture of the same University since 1996. He contributed to establish the phd Programme on Urban Project and Policy, where he also teaches Urban and Regional Planning. He also served as programme co-ordinator of the Master "The new urban policies", Third University of Rome.
He is the president of Planum, a network publishing the European Journal of Planning on line (www.planum.net) and editor of www.urbanisticatre.it. He has extensively published (more than 50 main essais) on subjects such as housing, urban policies, local development.
