MSc in European Property Development and Planning Leads to MSc/Graduate Diploma Built Environment: European Property Development and Planning. Credits required: 120 for MSc; 80 for Graduate Diploma. Full-time 12 months for MSc; 9 months for Graduate Diploma. Part-time study of up to 5 years is possible where the student can attend flexibly. Course Director Michael Edwards MA MPhil. This MSc may give ARB/RIBA Part 2 exemption to students with ARB/RIBA Part 1 exemption if combined with the Bartlett's Architecture Diploma. The programme has been the subject of a routine Review during 2003 and emerged with flying colours, subject to UCL ratification of Faculty findings.
